Overview All products at The Vagabond Lens are produced on demand via our print-on-demand partner (Printful). This means your order is created specifically for you after purchase — we do not hold pre-made stock.
Production Time All orders require a production period of 3–7 business days before dispatch. This applies to all product types including apparel, headwear, and accessories.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over £85 for the UK market, over €100 for the EU market, over 430 PLN for Poland market and over 2,400 Kč for the Czech market.
For Polish customers, we also accept BLIK and PayU as payment methods at checkout.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties For orders within the UK and the European Union (including the Czech Republicand Poland), no customs duties or import taxes apply, as orders are fulfilled and shipped from within these respective regions. For other international destinations, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@tvl-store.co.uk. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
