All orders require 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. This applies to all products across our archive.

Returns & Exchanges
As our collections are strictly limited, we strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering — once a drop sells out, we cannot guarantee availability of alternative sizes.
If you received the wrong size or wish to return an unworn item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot guarantee a replacement in your preferred size will be available. In such cases, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@tvl-store.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. To submit a return request:
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £85 for the UK market, over €100 for the EU market, over 430 PLN for the Poland market and over 2,400 Kč for the Czech market. For orders below these amounts or shipping to the rest of the world, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For Polish customers, we also accept BLIK and PayU as payment methods at checkout.
