Print-on-Demand & Limited Edition Products Every piece in our archive is produced individually upon your order. As our collections are strictly limited, we strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering — once a drop sells out, we cannot guarantee availability of alternative sizes.

If you received the wrong size or wish to return an unworn item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot guarantee a replacement in your preferred size will be available. In such cases, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@tvl-store.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies to standard (non-personalised) items only.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request using our EU Withdrawal Form or contact us at info@tvl-store.co.uk. We will process your return and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
